FLOOR MANAGERS

 

In order to provide single window service point, IEML has appointed dedicated Floor Managers for each floor. The location of the Floor Managers is 4th Aisle on each Floor.   

 

Floor Manager’s Responsibilities

 

  1. The Floor Manager would be one point contact for all the Mart Owners related to any services desired by them, be it

 

·         House keeping :   cleanliness/ keys/general upkeep etc

·         Civil issues       :   Allotments/doors/locks/stands/AC etc

·      Maintenance    :  MCB/Electrical/Mechanical/Floors/Fire                   systems etc

·         Security            : Marts/equipments/ Raw material etc

·         Environment     : Corridors/Music/Flowers/Signage's etc

 

  1. Floor Manager would have all the relevant information of the Mart including full details of Mart Owners, Contact Numbers so that he can guide and provide assistance in case of any queries.

 

 

  1. He / She would assist the mart owner in any other services required by them from time to time like helping out with travel arrangements for their buyers, assisting in Booking a conference hall, making reservations in Restaurants etc.

 

 

  1. He / She would assist the Mart Owner if so desired to showcase his products in their absence to the Buyers and provide the Buyer with their full contact details.

 

 

  1. To Liaison with all departments in getting the work done.

 

 

  1. He would co-ordinate with Bell Desk to ensure timely delivery of mails and take care of small errands for the mart owners thru the bell boys.

 

 

  1. He will ensure smooth running of the shop floor operation.

 

 

  1. To follow through on lost and found items.

 

 

  1. He / She will be responsible for Client relationship at the mart.
